Incident happend at Brazil, Boa Vista. A 28-year-old man was arrested on Monday night suspected of killing and raping a homeless person in the Santa Tereza neighborhood. The crime took place in the early hours of last Sunday, the victim was beaten, then dragged behind a wall where he was raped then beaten to death.
